| 摘 要： | 目的探讨KAI1/CD82及MMP-2在乳腺癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测75例乳腺癌组织和14例乳腺良性病变组织中KAI1/CD82及MMP-2的表达情况,分析与临床病理指标的关系。结果75例乳腺癌组织中KAI1/CD82及MMP-2阳性表达率分别为46.7%(35/75)、64.0%(48/75),14例乳腺良性病变组织中KAI1/CD82及MMP-2的阳性表达率分别为78.6%(11/14)、28.6%(4/14),差异有统计学意义;KAI1/CD82和MMP-2的表达与临床分期和淋巴结是否转移有显著相关性,与肿块大小、年龄无显著相关性;KAI1和MMP-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达呈负相关。结论KAI1/CD82和MMP-2可能共同参与了乳腺癌的发生发展过程,对乳腺癌的浸润和转移及预后评估具有一定的临床参考意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression and significance of KAI1/CD82 and MMP-2 in breast cancer. Methods The expressions of KAI1/CD82 and MMP-2 detected by immunohistochemistry in 75 cases of breast cancer and 14 cases of benign breast diseases and its correlations to clinicopathologic features were analyzed.
