山萸肉对小鼠免疫功能的影响

用相当于生药100mg和1000mg／kg·d的山萸肉水提取液，连续小鼠灌胃6天，观察其对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响，结果发现山萸肉1000mg／kg小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率为55．82％、吞噬指数为1．20，脾指数38．41，与对照组比较分别增加了20．3％、29．0％和14．1％（P＜0．01）；山萸肉100mg／kg巨噬细胞的吞噬率为51．18％、吞噬指数1．10，脾指数35．63，与对照组比较分别增加了10．3％、18．3％和5．9％（P＜0．05）。表明山萸肉对正常小鼠的免疫功能具有增强作用。
