| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨术前新辅助化疗对进展期胃癌手术并发症的影响.方法 50例临床确诊的进展期胃癌患者分为两组,观察组20例采取术前FOLFOX4方案化疗加手术治疗,对照组30例采用外科手术治疗,比较两组手术并发症发生例数及发生率.结果 两组手术并发症发生率无显著差异(P>0.05).结论 新辅助化疗作为治疗胃癌的一种方法是安全的,不增加手术并发症.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy on the operative complications of advanced gastric cancer. Methods 50 cases with advanced gastric cancer were divided into control group(20 cases) which accepted preoperative neoadjvant chemotherapy before operation and observed group(30 cases) which accepted operation only.The incidence rates of complications between the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups about the incidence rate of complications(P>0.05). Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy is a safe therapeutic tool of gastric cancer without increasing surgical complications. |
