| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨HBsAg阳性母亲的婴儿乙肝疫苗免疫的最佳时机.方法 将孕期检测HBsAg单阳性的母亲所产的健康婴儿65例,分为对照组和实验组,分别于出生后24 h内、3月龄时开始乙肝疫苗0,1,6月3针免疫,全程免疫后1、6、12、24个月时以RIA法检测抗-HBs滴度.结果 3月龄时开始免疫组全程免疫后1、6、12、24个月时抗-HBs滴度均高于出生后24 h内免疫组.结论 HBsAg单阳性的母亲所产的健康婴儿3月龄时开始乙肝疫苗免疫效果较好.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the appropriate age of infants born to single HBsAg positive mothers to vaccinate serum hepatitis vaccine. Methods 65 healthy infants born to single HBsAg positive mothers are divided into two groups to vaccinate serum hepatitis by the three-injection program at 0,1,6 months, The test group starts from 24 hours around the born moment, The control group from 3 months old. Detect the titre of anti-HBs by RIA 1,6,12,24 months after the last injection. Results The titre of anti-HBs of the infants in the test group is higher than the ones in the control group at 1,6,12,24 months after the last injection. Conclusion Serum hepatitis vaccine should be vaccinated at 3 mouths old in healthy infants born to HBsAg positive mothers. |
