| 摘 要： | 目的研究Bmi-1在乳腺癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达,探讨其与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测60例乳腺癌组织中Bmi-1蛋白的表达情况,并结合患者的临床病理资料分析与其相关性。结果60例乳腺癌标本中有49(81.7%)例强阳性表达。统计分析结果发现Bmi-1的强阳性表达与乳腺癌的淋巴结转移及临床分期密切相关(P<0.05),而与肿瘤大小及雌激素受体、孕激素受体、cerbB-2、血管内皮生长因子等临床病理特征无显著性相关(P>0.05)。结论Bmi-1蛋白在乳腺组织中的高表达与乳腺癌的进展相关,预示肿瘤具有高度转移潜能,Bmi-1可能成为预测乳腺癌转移的标志物。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the expression and significance of Bmi-1 in breast cancer. Methods The expression and significance in 60 specimens of breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry.The correlation of Bmi-1 expression to clinicopathologic features of breast cancer was analyzed. Results The intensive positive expression of Bmi-1 was detected in 49(81.7%) of the 60 tumors.The intensive expression of Bmi-1 was positively correlated to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not to tumors... |
