饮用氯消毒水与人淋巴细胞遗传物质损伤联系的分子流行病学研究

目的评价长期饮用氯消毒水对人群淋巴细胞遗传物质的损伤,以期为该领域积累研究资料.方法采用微核实验和彗星实验检测A、B两地长期饮用氯消毒水人群(各50人)和饮用地下水人群(分别为50、40人)的淋巴细胞遗传物质损伤;采用SPSS 10.0软件包进行数据整理和分析.结果 A、B两地长期饮用氯消毒水人群的微核细胞率和第4级DNA损伤细胞比例均显著高于对照组;人群淋巴细胞遗传物质损伤与饮用氯消毒水年限存在一定剂量效应关系;经分层分析提示吸烟是饮水氯消毒对细胞遗传物质损伤的一重要混杂因素.结论长期饮用氯消毒水对人淋巴细胞遗传物质存在损伤作用.

Molecular epidemiological studies on chlorinated drinking water and damage to genetic material in human lymphocytes

Objective To evaluate the effect of long term exposure to chlorinated drinking water on the damage to genetic material in human lymphocytes. Methods Damages to the genetic material of population exposed to chlorinated drinking water (50 people) and underground drinking water (90 people, as the control) for a long period of time in areas A and B were detected by micronucleus test and comet assay. The data collected were processed with SPSS 10.0 software package. Results In both areas, the micronucleated cell rates and the cells with DNA damage at the fourth class of people exposed to chlorinated drinking water were higher than those of the controls. Damage to the genetic material was associated with the years of exposure to chlorinated drinking water. Smoking was an important confusion factor resulting in damage to the genetic material of people exposed to chlorinated drinking water. Conclusion Long time exposure to chlorinated drinking water may result in damage to the genetic material in human lymphocytes.
