摘    要:观察斜视对猫外侧膝状体神经元和视歧层神经元发育的影响。方法采用细胞色素氧化酶技术,测定斜视猫外侧膝状体各投射层细胞及视皮层第Ⅳ细胞层细胞的细胞色素氧化酶活性,了解其功能与形态学的关系。结果3只斜视猫斜视眼投射到同侧外侧膝状体A1层细胞的细胞色素氧化酶活性降低,而投射到对侧外侧膝状体A层细胞的酶活性未见降低;斜视猫双侧视皮层了17区第Ⅳ层发生交替柱状酶活性未见降低。结论在视觉发育可塑性敏感性内产生的

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of strabismus on the development of the neurons in lateral geniculate nuclei (LGN) and visual cortex in cats. Methods The activity of cytochrome oxidase of the neurons in projecting lamina A and A 1 of LGN and of the lamina IV of visual cortex was studied with histochemical technique in strabismic amblyopia cats. Results The cytochrome oxidase activity in the neurons of lamina A 1 of the ipsilateral projecting side of LGN was decreased and no change was found in the contralateral projecting side. In the neurons of lamina IV cells of area 17 in 2 sides of visual cortex, the activity of cytochrome oxidase was decreased due to the change of the dark and light reactive columns. Conclusion Our findings suggest that the artificial squint during the postnatal development of visual sensitivity can affect the cytochrome oxidase activity in the neurons of LGN and visual cortex.
