| 摘 要： | 目的研究宫颈癌中人类乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染与组蛋白去乙酰化酶1(histone deacetylase1,HDAC1)表达之间的关系。方法运用RT-PCR和Western blot方法检测3株宫颈癌细胞中HDAC1表达水平。经脂质体2000介导将含有HPV18 E7基因的重组表达质粒瞬时转染人宫颈癌C-33A细胞,运用RT-PCR和Westernblot方法检测转染后C-33A细胞中HDAC1的RNA和蛋白水平改变。结果HDAC1在C-33A细胞中表达最高,CaSki细胞中次之,HeLa细胞中最少。C-33A细胞在转染HPV18 E7基因后HDAC1表达降低。结论HDAC1表达高低可能与HPV是否感染及感染亚型有关,HPV18 E7可能直接或间接下调细胞中HDAC1表达。
