| 摘 要： | 对经排粪造影结合盆腔造影诊断的３６例直肠粘膜脱垂（Ｒｅｃｔａｌ ｍｕｃｏｓａｌ ｐｒｏｌａｐｓｅ，ＲＭＰ）和２５例直肠全层套叠（Ｆｕｌｌ ｔｈｉｃｋｎｅｓｓ ｒｅｃｔａｌ ｉｎｔｕｓｓｕｓｃｅｐｔｉｏｎ，ＦＴＲＩ）行肛管测压，并设对照组，结果ＲＭＰ有静息压降低（Ｐ＜０．０５），而ＦＴＲＩ静息压和咳嗽压均降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。肛管压力降低与会阴下降程度，套叠鞘部是直肠还是肛管有关；认为肛管咳嗽压可客

| Abstract: | The anal pressure was determined in 36 cases of rectal mucosal prolapse(RMP), 25 cases of full thickness rectal intussusception(FTRI) and 48 normal subjects(the control) with ano-manometry. All the cases were diagnosed with the combination of defecography and pelvicography. It was found that the anal resting pressure went down in RMP cases(P<0. 05) and both the anal resting and coughing pressures went own in FTRI cases( P <0. 01). The decrease of anal pressure is related to the severity of perineum descent. It is believed that the anal coughing pressure can quantitate the functions of the striated muscles on the pelvic floor objectively. The colonic transit time was determined in 46 cases. It was found that it was normal in 74% of cases and slow in transit due to various causes in 26% of cases. Different management should be given according to the retardation of evacution in different colorectal segments. |
