甘氨酸对重度烧伤后大鼠早期心肌组织的保护作用观察

摘    要:目的探讨甘氨酸对烧伤后早期心肌组织的保护作用.方法 Sprague Dawley(SD)大鼠44只随机分为对照组、烧伤组、甘氨酸处理组,其中烧伤组腹腔注射生理盐水(每1%烧伤面积4.0 ml/kg),甘氨酸处理组腹腔注射甘氨酸(1 g/kg).在大鼠30%总体表面积(total body surface area, TBSA) Ⅲ度烧伤后1、3、6、12和24 h检测血清中肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌钙蛋白I(TnI)的含量变化.结果烧伤后3 h开始血浆中LDH、CK较对照组均明显升高(P<0.01),烧伤后1 h开始血浆中TnI较对照组明显增高(P<0.01);而甘氨酸处理后血浆中LDH、CK、TnI含量均较烧伤组明显减少(P<0.01).结论甘氨酸减少心肌组织LDH、CK、TnI的释放,发挥了其对心脏的保护作用.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the protective effect of glycine (Gly) on myocardial damage after burn in rats. Methods The SD rats were divided into control, glycine-treated and untreated groups. Except the control group, the rats were made 30% TBSA of full-thickness burns. The rats of untreated group were injected normal saline with 4.0 ml/kg and the glycine-treated group were injected glycine with 1 g/kg. The activity of lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase (CK) and the content of Troponin-I (TnI) in serum were detected after 1, 3, 6, 12, 24 h after burn. Results In the burned rats, the serum activity of LDH and CK increased obviously in 3 h and the serum level of cTnI increased in 1 h after burn as compared with the control group (both P<0.01). However, the serum activity of LDH and CK, and the serum content of TnI were mild in the glycine-treated group as compared with the untreated group. Conclusion Glycine has protective effect on myocardial tissue and obviously decreases the activity of LDH and CK and the content of TnI in serum after burn .
