严重烫伤肌肉葡萄糖摄取障碍机理的研究

摘    要:观察30%体表皮肤全层烫伤大鼠骨骼肌细胞膜萄糖转运体位点的动态变化以阐明严重烫伤后肌肉葡萄糖摄取障碍的原因。结果显示,严重烫伤后肌肉总葡萄糖转运体结合位点变化不明显,但细胞内膜葡萄糖转运体位点向质膜转移的胰岛素刺激效应比对照组明显降低。

Abstract:In order to investigate the mechanism of the impaired glucose uptake of the skeletal muscles after severe scalding,the changes of the binding sites of glucose transporter in the fraction of skeletal muscle membrane were observed in rats after they were inflicted with 30%TBSA full thickness scalding.It was found that the total binding sites of glucose transporter of the scalded rats were not significantly different from those of the the normal(P>0.05)but the effect of insulin-stimulation on the translocation of glucose transporter to plasma Ynembrane from intracellular pool was significantly decreased(P<0.05).These findings suggest that the reduction of the translocation of glucose transporter to plasma membrane after scalding can result in abnormal glucose uptake and consequently insulin resistance.
