糖尿病性心肌病大鼠的心肌结构,代谢和功能的变化

摘    要:通过腹腔注射链脲佐菌素制成糖尿病大鼠模型。8周后与正常对照鼠比较血糖、血脂、心肌功能、高能磷酸含量及超微结构的改变;糖尿病鼠表现出高血糖、高血脂,左室收缩和舒张功能下降,心肌高能磷酸含量降低,心肌超微结构损害,但未伴有冠状动脉及其分枝的病变。结果表明糖尿病性心肌病的独立存在。

Abstract:Eight weeks after the rats were inflicted with diabetic cardiomyopathy with intraperitoneal injection of 55 mg/kg streptozotocin, the changes of blood content of sugar and fat, myocardial functions, myocardial content of high energy phosphoric acid and myocardial ultrastructure were studied. It was found that the rats with diabetic cardiomyopathy exhibited hyperglycemia, hyperlipemia, decrease in contraction and relaxation of the left ventricle, decrease of the myocardial content of high energy phosphoric acid and damages of the myocardial ultrastructures without the involvement of the coronary arterial system. These findings confirm that the occurrence of diabetic cardiomyopathy is independent from atherosclerosis or microvascular disease.
