摘    要:目的 比较长期饮用纯净水、净化水及自来水(煮沸并冷却)后3组大鼠血清中常量及微量元素水平的差别。方法 ①按照国家卫生标准检测方法GB17324-1998,对3种饮用水的化学性状及矿物元素进行了分析;②Wistar大鼠从出生前就分别饮用上述3种饮水,直至出生后20周。采用以ICP-AES为主的方法测定其血清中15种常量及微量元素的水平。结果 自来水及净化水的矿物元素水平接近,但纯净水的绝大部分矿物元素水平明显低于自来水及净化水。长期饮用纯净水的雌性大鼠血清中镁元素水平显著低于饮用自来水的雌性大鼠,3组雄性大鼠血清中未发现有矿物元素水平的差别。结论 长期饮用纯净水可能会导致雌性动物体内镁元素的缺乏。

Abstract:Objective To compare the differences of serum mineral element levels in rats feeding with purified water(PW), filtered tap water(FTW) and boiled tap water(BTW) respectively for a long term. Methods The chemical quality and contents of mineral element were analyzed with the methods of National Unified Standard GB17324 1998. A total of 40 rats with 2 weeks pregnancy were divided into 3 groups and fed with di fferent types of water described above. The newborn rats were fed with the same water as their mothers for 20 weeks and then killed. Their serum levels of macro and micro element were determined with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP AES) method. Results The contents of total hardness and most of mineral elements in FTW and BTW were in approximation, but those in PW were at very low levels compared with the others. Drinking PW significantly reduced the serum level of magnesium in female rats. Conclusion Drinking PW for a long time could result in the deficiency of magnesium in females.
