摘    要:目的 探讨嗅鞘细胞(olfactory ensheathing cells,OECs)与聚乳酸-聚羟基乙酸共聚物poly(DL-lactide-co-gly-colide),PLGA]材料的细胞相容性.方法 将新鲜分离的OECs细胞悬液接种于PLGA膜上,然后用倒置相差显微镜、扫描电镜观察细胞生长及细胞与材料的附着情况;MTT、流式细胞术等方法 测定OECs的细胞增殖和细胞周期变化.结果 PLGA膜上培养OECs的形态特征、增殖能力、细胞周期及倍体水平等与正常培养的OECs相比,均无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论 PLGA生物材料与OECs相容性好,适于构建组织工程化人工神经.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the cytocompatibility between poly (DL-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) and olfactory ensheathing cells (OECs) so as to found a basis to prepare an artificial nerve made of PLGA with OECs.
