摘    要:目的:观察梭曼急性中毒后脑干儿茶酚胺神经元的活动变化。方法:ABC免疫组化法显示Fos蛋白的变化。结果:梭曼急性中毒后,脑干儿茶酚胺神经元内fos免疫阳性神经元急剧增加;c-fos表达呈短暂一过性表达;Fos强阳性神经元在中毒1h开始增加,2~3h时达高峰,4h开始下降。c-fos表达与梭曼中毒剂量相关而与惊厥是否发生无关。结论:脑干儿茶酚胺神经元在梭曼中毒后发生广泛激活,可能是脑行为变化的先期事件,是惊厥发生以及呼吸、循环中枢衰竭的关键环节

Abstract:Objective: To observe the changes of the activity of catecholamine neuron groups in the brain stem after acute soman intoxication. Methods: The changes of fos protein were observed with ABC immunohistochemistry. Results: The number of Fos immunoreactively positive nuclei in catecholamine neurons in the rat brain stem was dramatically increased after soman intoxication. C fos expression was found to be classical temporary expression. The number of fos positive nuclei began to increase at the 1st h, reached its peak between the 2nd and 3rd h and began to decrease at the 4th h after intoxication. C fos expression was related to dose of soman rather than seizure activity. Conclusion: Catecholamine neurons are generally activated by soman intoxication, which might represent the primary events of brain behavioral changes. The events seem to be the key reason for seizure activity as well as respiratory and circulatory depletion after soman intoxication.
