| 摘 要： | 目的 总结我院肝移植时肝流出道重建的经验.方法 回顾性分析我院88例肝移植时肝流出道重建的方法改进及效果。结果 本组肝移植病例围手术期死亡12例，手术死亡率为13.64%。本组并发症为：肺部感染45例；多器官功能衰竭15例；腹腔内出血6例；ARDS19例；肝动脉血栓形成2例；胆漏2例；无肝脏流出道梗阻。2例存活超过3年；12例存活超过2年，23例存活超过1年。结论 肝流出道重建方法的改进有利于提高肝移植的成功率，减少技术性并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experiences in hepatic outflow tract reconstruction in liver transplantation in our hospital. Methods The clinical data of 88 cases of liver transplantation from Jan 1999 to Oct 2002 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Twelve patients died peri operatively with the mortality rate of 13.64% in this liver transplantation group. Complications included pulmonary infection (45 cases), MOSF (15 cases), intraperitoneal bleeding (6 cases), ARDS (19 cases), hepatic artery thrombosis (2 cases), bile leakage (2 cases), no hepatic outflow tract occlusion. Survival longer than 1, 2 and 3 years was found in 20, 12 and 2 cases. Conclusion The innovation of hepatic outflow reconstruction in liver transplantation is helpful for the increase in success rate and decrease in technical complications. |
