摘    要:目的 寻找到适宜做影像学和血清学研究的动物家兔肝纤维化模型建市方法.方法 分别用体积比为5%四氯化碳(CCl4)油溶液和纯CCl4,按0.1 ml/kg剂量每周1次腹腔注射,并辅以5%浓度的乙醇作为饮水,诱导家兔肝纤维化形成,并于注射后6、8、10、12周分组处夕匕家兔取其肝脏进行病理学检查.结果 家兔的死亡多发生在4周之内,6周之后趋于稳定.5%CCl4浓度组家兔死亡率为60%,纯CCl4组死亡率为25%.结论 长期给予CCl4可导致家兔的肝纤维化形成,采用腹腔注射纯CCI4,同时辅以5%浓度的乙醇作为饮水的复合法造模,家兔死亡率低,成模率高.
