人下颌骨枪弹伤的三维有限元建模与数值分析

摘    要:目的利用计算机辅助工程技术,动态仿真不同入射角度子弹侵彻三维下颌骨模型过程。方法对正常志愿者颌面部进行薄层CT扫描,将获得的下颌骨数据以DICOM标准通过Mimics软件进行三维实体重建,在LS-DYNA软件中模拟7.62 mm弹丸以不同入射速度(713.8、1 400 m/s)和不同入射角度(90°、67.5°、45°)致伤下颌骨模型过程。结果建立了形态细致逼真、相似性好的人下颌骨三维有限元模型,成功模拟了人下颌骨弹丸的致伤过程,当7.62 mm弹丸入射角度一致时,入射速度越大,撞击能量越大;当入射速度一致,入射角度为45°组的致伤能量明显高于90°及67.5°组。下颌骨枪弹伤模型出口面积大于入口面积。结论薄层CT、DICOM标准的应用使得有下颌骨限元模型的建立更为精确,利用有限元仿真技术动态模拟人下颌骨弹丸致伤的方法是可行的。
