| 摘 要： | 目的 了解近3年重庆市耐药结核病流行现状,为耐药结核病的预防、控制提供依据.方法 收集2003年6月至2006年6月间在重庆市结核病防治所及重庆市胸科医院就诊的肺结核病病例,按照<全国结核病诊断细菌学检验规程>,采用比例法对链霉素(Streptomycin, SM)、异烟肼(Isoniazide, INH)、利福平(Rifampicin, RFP)和乙胺丁醇(Ethambutol, EMB)共4种药物进行耐药性测定.结果 1 089例痰培养阳性肺结核病例中,总耐药率和总耐多药率分别为27.7%、7.3%,平均耐药率顺位由高到低是SM(16.3%)、INH(14.0%)、RFP(10.7%)、EMB(4.8%);近3年RFP、EMB的耐药率和耐多药率呈逐年上升趋势.结论 重庆市总体耐药水平接近全国平均水平,且近年耐多药率和RFP、EMB的耐药率呈上升趋势,复治、有服药史以及人均年可支配收入低于平均水平可能是结核病病例发生多耐药的相关因素. |
