慢性情绪应激对大鼠卵巢功能影响的初步观察

目的观察慢性情绪应激对大鼠卵巢功能的影响。方法以不确定性空瓶饮水刺激作为情绪应激源,考察20d的慢性情绪应激对雌性大鼠行为、脾脏指数、动情周期和血中FSH、LH、E2和P含量的影响。结果慢性情绪应激明显诱发雌性大鼠的攻击行为,增加脾脏指数,差异非常显著（P〈0.01）。慢性情绪应激延长雌性大鼠的动情周期,差异非常显著（P〈0.01）,但对卵巢指数没有显著影响（P〉0.05）。慢性情绪应激减少雌性大鼠血中E2含量,差异非常显著（P〈0.01）,而对血中P含量没有显著影响（P〉0.05）;同时慢性情绪应激后大鼠血中FSH和LH含量下降,差异非常显著（P〈0.01）。结论慢性情绪应激影响大鼠卵巢分泌功能,该模型可用于情绪应激对生殖内分泌影响的研究。

Ovarian function in rat model of chronic emotional stress

Objective To observe the effect of chronic emotional stress on ovarian function in rats.Methods The uncertain empty bottle stress was used as a source of emotional stress,and 20 day stress was carried out in 20 female SD rats aged 3 months.Another 20 rats were used as controls.The behavior changes and estrous cycle were observed.The serum levels of FSH,LH,E2 and P were determined.Results The chronic emotional stress could increase attacking behavior and splenic index significantly(P<0.01),and prolong the estrous cycle significantly(P<0.01),but had no influence on ovarian index(P>0.05).It could decrease serum FSH,LH and E2 levels significantly(P<0.01),but had no effect on P levels(P>0.05).Conclusion The chronic emotional stress can influence the ovarian endocrine secretion in rats.This model may be used to study the influence of chronic emotional stress on generative endocrine secretion.
