血管内皮生长因子C、D在上皮性卵巢癌的表达及与腹股沟和腹膜后淋巴结转移的关系

摘    要:目的探讨血管内皮生长因子C(vascular endothelial growthfactor C,VEGF-C)和血管内皮生长因子D(vascularendothelial growthfactor D,VEGF-D)在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达及其与腹股沟和腹膜后淋巴结转移之间的关系.方法采用免疫组化染色,光镜观察结果并确定VEGF-C和VEGF-D在良性、交界性及恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达,并结合临床病理资料进行分析.结果在良性、交界性及恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中皆有VEGF-C和VEGF-D的表达,但卵巢癌组织中的表达明显高于良性及交界性肿瘤,其表达强度与腹膜转移、腹股沟和腹膜后淋巴结转移及临床分期密切相关,与远处转移、病理类型、病理分级、年龄等无关.结论 VEGF-C和VEGF-D在卵巢癌的表达上调有利于淋巴结转移的发生,此过程可能和肿瘤的淋巴管生成有关.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGF C) and vascular endothelial growth factor D (VEGF D) and the lymph node metastasis of groin and retroperitoneum in human epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Methods The expressions of VEGF C and VEGF D in benign, borderline, and malignant epithelial ovarian tumors were detected by immunohistochemistry and light microscopy. Results The expressions of VEGF C and VEGF D were found in benign, borderline, and malignant epithelial ovarian tumors. The expressions of VEGF C and VEGF D in ovarian carcinomas were significantly higher than those in benign and borderline ovarian tumors. The expression levels of VEGF C and VEGF D were correlated with peritoneal metastasis, lymph node metastasis of groin and retroperitoneum, and clinical stage, but not with distant metastasis, histology type, histological grade, and age. Conclusion Up regulation of VEGF C and VEGF D in epithelial ovarian carcinoma is advantageous to lymph node metastasis. This process may probably be correlated with lymphangiogenesis in tumors.
