舱内腹部爆炸伤大鼠血清及肠道组织MDA含量和SOD、GSH-Px活力变化及意义

摘    要:目的 探讨舱内爆炸致大鼠腹部损伤后血清及肠道组织MDA含量及SOD、GSH-Px活力的动态变化规律.方法 120只SD大鼠完全随机分为舱内组、舱外组,各60只,采用DDNP纸质点爆源在模拟装甲舱室和舱外开阔地爆炸建立腹部爆炸伤模型;另设立正常对照组(10只).爆炸后0.5 h内、3、8、24、48 h和72 h采集血液和肠道组织标本,检测MDA含量和SOD、GSH-Px活性.结果 大鼠爆炸后血清和肠道组织内MDA水平持续升高,伤后0.5 h内升高显著(P<0.05),3~8 h上升最快,24 h达峰值;舱内组较舱外组升高显著(P<0.05).SOD、GSH-Px活性在伤后早期略有升高,继而进行性下降,24 h达最低值;舱内组下降速度较舱外组快(P<0.05).MDA水平达峰值及SOD、GSH-Px活性达低谷后逐渐恢复,舱内组恢复较慢.血清和肠道组织MDA含量及GSH-Px活力呈正相关(P<0.01).结论 大鼠舱室爆炸致腹部损伤后氧化应激反应较开阔地爆炸出现早、强度大且持续时间长,氧化应激可能参与了大鼠腹部爆炸伤后肠道的继发性损害.检测血清MDA含量和GSH-Px活性可作为伤后肠道组织过氧化损伤的诊断指标之一.
