电凝法制作大鼠脑卒中模型的改良研究

摘    要:目的对电凝制作大鼠脑卒中模型方法进行改良及评价。方法将26只成年雄性SD大鼠(体质量200~300 g)分成5组:Tamura手术组、Tamura假手术组、改良手术一组、改良手术二组、改良假手术组。分别使用Tamura法和改良电凝法制作脑卒中模型。术后对大鼠神经功能缺损,脑梗死面积和部位进行评价。结果与Tamura法比较,改良电凝法手术时间更短,术后大鼠没有出现颞下颌关节紊乱;改良手术一组大鼠没有出现明显的神经功能缺损,改良手术二组大鼠肢体瘫痪比较明显;改良手术一组大鼠脑梗死面积比较小,梗死范围局限于大脑皮层,改良手术二组梗死面积较大,梗死部位在基底节测区和大脑皮层。结论①改良电凝法更加简便快速,对设备和操作技术要求更低,对大鼠其他损伤更小。②使用改良电凝法阻断大脑中动脉的不同部位,可以实现不同面积和部位的脑梗死、满足不同的实验条件和目的。
