茶多酚与葡萄柚提取物联合应用对变异链球菌生长、产酸的影响

摘    要:目的探讨茶多酚与葡萄柚提取物联合应用对变异链球菌生长、产酸的影响。方法采用棋盘稀释法测定茶多酚葡萄柚提取物混合液对变异链球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值,计算分级抑制浓度(FIC)指数来判定二者的联合效应;并测定低于MIC浓度的茶多酚葡萄柚提取物混合液对变异链球菌产酸的影响。结果茶多酚和GSE单独用药时,其MIC分别为2 mg/ml和46.88 mg/L,联用时可降低单组分的使用浓度,如茶多酚1 mg/ml联用GSE 37.5 mg/L即可达到联合应用的M IC,FIC=0.75。变异链球菌培养前后的△pH值随混合液浓度的降低而明显增加。结论茶多酚与葡萄柚提取物联合应用对变异链球菌的体外抗菌活性具有相加作用,较各自的单组分用药在更低浓度即可有效抑制变异链球菌的生长、产酸。
