摘    要:目的 了解2007-2008年北京地区柯萨奇病毒A组16型(Coxsaekievirus A16,CA16)流行情况及其种系进化规律和基因分型.方法 收集北京地区2007-2008年133例手足13病病例临床标本,从中筛选CAl6毒株,扩增部分毒株VP1区并进行序列测定和分析.结果 共筛选得到39例45份CA16阳性标本,测定其中16株病毒的VP1区核苷酸序列.其同源性为91.43%~98.65%,氨基酸ILd源性为97.98%~100%.该16株病毒与GenBank中选取的24株CA16参考株的核苷酸同源性为78.13%~98.65%,氨基酸同源性为89.9%~100%.16株北京分离株中的9株与近年多数中国大陆分离株形成进化树上亲缘关系较近的一群,其余7株与我国台湾及周边国家的一系列分离株亲缘关系较近.结论 CA16为北京地区手足口病的主要致病原之一,本地区毒株同源性较高,同GenBank中24株CA16参比毒株序列进行系统进化分析显示其属于B基因群,16株北京分离株在系统进化树七有分别归属于两支的趋势.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the epidemic situation and the phylogenetic relationship of Coxsackievirus A16 (CA16) in Beijing from 2007 to 2008. Methods CA16 strains were isolated from the clinical specimens of 133 patients with hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD). VP1 gene fragments were amplified by RT-PCR.
