低强度超声引发大鼠子宫平滑肌收缩的量效关系研究

摘    要:目的 通过研究低强度超声对大鼠子宫平滑肌收缩的影响,寻找超声引起子宫收缩的适宜参数.方法 利用正交设计的方法,用不同声强、不同辐照时间的超声(频率0.8 MHz,声强1~3 W/cm2)辐照离体大鼠子宫肌条,采用BL-410生物机能实验系统记录子宫平滑肌的收缩情况.结果 在相同的频率下,超声辐照时大鼠子宫收缩频率、幅度、张力及子宫活动力均明显高于辐照前(P<0.01),辐射停止后10 min,子宫收缩基本恢复至辐射前状态;子宫收缩的频率、幅度、张力及活动力在2 W、10 min时达到最大(P<0.05).结论 低强度超声可引发子宫平滑肌收缩,在频率不变的情况下,2 W/cm2辐照10 min是适宜的辐照参数.

Abstract:Objective To study the influence of low intensity ultrasound on the contraction of uterine smooth muscle in rats in order to find suitable exposure parameters of the contraction.Methods The uteri were taken out and irradiated by ultrasound at different intensities and for exposure times(0.8 MHz,1-3 W/cm2) by the ways of orthogonal design.The contraction frequency and amplitude were recorded with BL-410 biological experimental system.Results The contraction frequency,amplitude,tension and activity were significantly increased during ultrasonic irradiation(P<0.01) compared with no irradiation.The increased contraction frequency and amplitude lasted for 10 min,and then the normal contraction pattern was resumed.When the intensity of 2 W/cm2 ultrasonic irradiation lasted for 10 min,the contraction frequency,amplitude,tension and contraction activity peaked during 2 W/cm2 ultrasonic irradiation for 10 min.Conclusion Low intensity ultrasound can induce uterine smooth muscle contraction in rats.With constant frequency,the suitable parameter is 2 W/cm2 ultrasonic irradiation for 10 min.
