| 摘 要： | 目的 介绍新型组合式腰椎间融合器的设计原理和构型,建立羊腰椎体间融合器融合模型,对其进行体内融合评价,并探讨模型建立的手术要点和评估方法.方法 采用聚醚醚酮(polyetheretherketone,PEEK)材料研制1种具有组合式构型的腰椎间融合器,对16只羊建立侧前方手术入路的腰椎体间融合器融合模型,术中、术后分别进行生命监测、医疗管理、影像学评估.结果 新型融合器构型独特,羊融合模型手术顺利,实验动物伞部存活,术后影像评估融合效果良好,动物模型满足了实验要求.结论 新型组合式腰椎间融合器显示有良好的融合效果,通过腰椎侧前方手术入路,能够建立实验动物安全、有效的腰椎融合器模型.
