玻璃苣醇提取物对去势小鼠免疫功能及脑内神经递质的影响

摘    要:目的观察玻璃苣醇提取物对去势小鼠免疫功能及脑内神经递质的影响,探讨玻璃苣对更年期小鼠模型的作用及其作用机制。方法建立小鼠更年期模型,测定小鼠的脂肪系数和Less指数以及脾系数和胸腺系数;采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测各组小鼠脑组织匀浆液中多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)的含量。结果玻璃苣醇提取物对脂肪系数和Less指数无明显的影响,能显著升高脾系数和胸腺系数;各组均有升高去势小鼠脑内DA,NA,降低去势小鼠脑内5-HT含量的作用,其中玻璃苣醇提取物高剂量组、中剂量组及更年安组差异均有统计意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论玻璃苣醇提取物能明显增加更年期去势小鼠的脾系数和胸腺系数,对免疫系统有一定的保护作用;玻璃苣醇提取物在一定程度上能升高去势小鼠脑内降低的DA和NA含量,降低去势小鼠脑内异常升高的5-HT含量。

The influence of alcohol extract of borage L on immune function and neurotransmitter of castration mice

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of alcohol extract of borage L on immune function and neurotrans- mitter of castrated mice, explore the role of borage L on mice model of menopause and its mechanism. Methods Built menopause model of mice, measured the Less index, coefficient of fat, spleen and thymus coefficient of mice ; detected the dopamine ( DA ), noradrenalin ( NA ), 5-hydroxytryptamine ( 5-HT ) levels in brain homogenate of mice by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The alcohol extract of borage L have not obvious effects on fat coefficient and Less index, but the spleen and thymus coefficient were significantly increased; brain DA, NA were increased, and 5-HT was reduced in each group of castration mice, there was significant difference among alcohol extract high and middle-dose group and Gengnianan group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ). Conclusion The alcohol extract of borage L can significantly increase the coefficient of spleen and thymus of castrated mice, and has protection on the immune system in certain extent ; it can rising the content of DA and NA, reducing 5-HT content which abnormally elevated in brain of castration mice.
