化学沉淀法制备纳米HAP-sol及其血液相容性研究

摘    要:目的:研究改性后的纳米HAP粒子的血液相容性.方法:采用化学沉淀法制备纳米羟基磷灰石溶胶(HAP-sol),以聚丙烯酸纳(PAA-Na)为稳定剂.通过体外溶血试验和血淋巴细胞毒性试验(MTT法)来评价HAP-sol的血液相容性.结果:红细胞溶血率在0~3%之间,细胞毒性分级为0级或1级,纳米HAP-sol对血红细胞无溶血作用,也没有明显的细胞毒性效应.结论:以PAA-Na为稳定剂,纳米HAP-sol有良好的血液相容性,纳米HAP-sol用于静脉注射药物有一定的安全性.

Abstract:Objective:To study the hemocompatibility of the modified hydroxyapatite(HAP) nanoparticle.Methods:Nano hydroxyapatite sol was prepared by using chemical precipitation.Used PAA-Na as the stabilizer.Hemolytic test and lymphocyte toxicity test in vitro were conducted for evaluating the nano hydroxyapatite sol of hemocompatibility.Results:The hemolytic rate of RBC was 0 tllytic effect and prominent cytotoxicity effect toRBC.Conclusion: Used PAA-Na as the stabilizer,nano hydroxyapatite sol has good hemocompatibility.It is safe that nano hydroxyapatite sol is used as a drug via intravenous injection.
