| 摘 要： | 目的 调查保定市城区养老机构老年人需求,分析其影响因素.方法 自行设计养老机构老年人需求问卷,对保定市2个市区11所养老机构367位老年人进行调查.老年人需求状况采用均数±标准差及标准化得分进行描述性分析;对各维度需求进行多元线性回归分析,探讨影响因素.结果 养老机构老年人总需求标准化得分48.92%,其中爱与归属需求最高(67.60%);自理能力、患病种数、收费情况、文化程度、经济状况及户籍影响养老机构老年人的需求.结论 保定市城区养老机构老年人需求处于中等水平,多种因素影响需求的满足.
