医学生临床实践技能考核方法的探讨

借鉴客观结构化临床考试（OSCE），改进医学生临床实践技能考核方法。汕头大学医学院临床基本技能根据教学大纲对考核方法进行改革。将改革前后的2004、2005级临床医学专业本硕班学生的临床实践技能考核结果作统计分析。改革后的考核均较改革前更合理。使用OSCE考核方法，测试考生多种临床能力，避免传统考试的偶然性和变异性，使临床能力的评价更准确。

Investigation on clinical skills testing in medical students

In order to improve clinical skills testing in students of Medical College of Shantou University, objective structured clinical examination （OSCE） has been adopted. The subject of ＂clinical basic skills＂, according to its course syllabus for medical students, has made some reforms on the test model. The examination performances of the 7-year program students of Grade 2004 and 2005 before and after the reform have been compared. The results show that the reform of the testing is more reasonable than before. By the use of OSCE, a variety of clinical ability has been tested, the chance and variability of traditional examination have been avoided and the evaluation of clinical competence is more acciliate.
