摘    要:针对传统医学课程体系课程多、内容老化、缺乏整体性等弊端 ,按整体、系统、效率的原则 ,构建思想文化、专业课程、自然科学、身心课程、隐性课程等模块化课程体系 ,开设早期和后期两段式选修课和 ICM衔接课 ,进行公共基础、医学基础、医学导论、临床课程、选修课程等集约化综合性临床医学课程改革 ,是教育教学改革的切入点和核心。

Abstract:The purpose of Intensive Medical Curriculum (IMC) aims to increase entire teaching efficience. IMC should be disigned according to integrated, systemic and efficiency principles. IMC is suggested to contain a bnndle of modules such as culture courses, professional courses, natural sciense courses etc. it is very important to coordinate selective courses and compulsory courses in either per-clinical or clinical period, like basic courses, basic madicine, introductory courses to medicine to medicine, clinical training. Synthetic idea of clinical medical curriculum play a core role in medical reform.
