摘    要:人才培养是高等学校的根本任务,构建长效教学监控机制是保证教学质量必不可少的前提。认真开展教学工作检查与评估,大力加强教学建设,不断深化教学改革,努力强化教学管理,切实加强质量监控,以促进整体教学质量的提高。
