| 摘 要： | 目前，各医学院校开设公共事业管理专业（卫生事业管理方向）的课程设置呈现多样化，体系散乱不规范，管理类课时明显不足，核心课程不明显。课程设置的不合理会直接影响培养出来人才的质量。针对课程设置中存在的问题，建议平衡管理类课程与医学课程的比例，进一步加强卫生事业管理核心课程与管理类基础课程的建设，加强课程设置的实用性。
