摘    要:目的:探讨BPL联合案例教学方法应用于成人高等医学教育基础医学教学的效果。方法:对2005级临床医学专业(三年制大专)两个班进行随机分班,实验组81人,对照组73人,实验组采取BPL联合案例教学方法教学,对照组按传统教学方法进行,采用x^2检验评价两组的差异性。结果:实验组及格率和满意度分别是95.06%和91.36%,对照组及格率和满意度均为79.45%,实验组明显优于对照组(P〈0.01和P〈0.05)。结论:问题导向联合案例教学方法是合理可行的,是基础医学的一种行之有效的教学方法。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the application of PBL joint case teaching method in the teaching of preclinical medicine of higher medical education for adults.Method:making random classes from two classes of clinical medicine majors(college students with 3-year program) in the grade 2005 in our school,81 students in the experimental group and 73 in the comparative group.The experimental group had classes with PBL joint case teaching method,while the comparative group had classes with traditional approach.Then an evaluation of the differences was made between the two groups with chi-square test.Results:The passing rates and satisfaction of the experimental group are 95.06 percent and 91.36 percent respectively,while the comparative group is 79.45 percent in the two aspects.It is obvious that the experimental group is better than the comparative group(p<0.01 and p<0.05).Conclusion:Problem-based learning joint case teaching method is reasonable and feasible.It is effective in the teaching of preclinical medicine.
