新时期高校资困工作存在的问题和对策

随着我国高校收费制度改革的深入和高等教育的大发展，高校贫困生作为一个群体现象已受到社会各界的广泛关注。因此，做好高校资困工作已成为制约我国高等教育发展、保障社会公平的瓶颈。文章对新时期高校资困工作中普遍存在的问题进行了研究，阐述在资困工作的资金来源、资助对象的确定、诚信程度以及贷款手续等存在的问题并提出相应的对策，以便更好地做好高校资困工作。

Problems of poor students of colleges and universities in new ear and their possible solutions

With the development of higher education and the reform of Contingency Fee System, poor college students as a special group have aroused wide concern. Therefore,the financial aid program is the bottleneck to the development of higher education and keeping social eqauity. This study focuses on the general problems of college financial aid program in new period. Some key problems have been found in the project of financial assistance to poor students, such as, the source of funding, the decision of funding targets,the level of integrity and loan application procedures, etc. Finally, this paper also puts forward some related countermeasures to solve these issues for the poor students.
