| 摘 要： | 通过调查研究了目前我国医疗卫生信息化领域对医学信息人才的需求特点、从＂供＂和＂需＂的角度分析了在我国卫生信息化领域,医学信息教育与人才市场的契合程度,就如何增加医学信息相关专业在卫生信息化领域的竞争力,探讨了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper investigates the features of health informationization in informative talents demand at present in China through survey,analyzes the fitting level between medical information education and talent market in Chinese health informationizaiton from ＂supply＂ and ＂demand＂,and discusses the corresponding strategies about how to improve the competitiveness of the major. |
