摘    要:人文素质是医学生综合素质的主要组成部分,它深刻影响医疗实践的效果。为此要从教学内容、教学方法和手段、教师队伍、人文氛围、人文素质教育空间和人文素质评价体系等方面探讨加强医学生人文素质教育的有效途径。

Abstract:Humanistic quality is a major component of comprehensive quality of medical students,and has a profound effect on medical practice.It is practically needed and necessary requirement for the development of modern medicine to strengthen and improve the humanistic education of medical students and enable them to become high-quality medical talents.Thereafter,the ways to enhance humanistic education should be discussed for medical students from improving the pertinence of teaching contents,applying to flexible teaching methods and means,constructing reasonable structure and arrangement of the team of teachers,building good humanistic atmosphere,extending the space for humanistic education and consummating the evaluating system of humanistic quality,etc.
