摘    要:为探索有效监督临床教学质量的新途径,在以往教学质量评价工作的基础上,建立了"教学质量千分制"考核体系。该体系依据本科教学评估标准,以三级学科为单位,结合医院教学工作的实际情况和各学科专业特点制定相应的量化指标并进行连续性的考核、反馈和整改,实现对临床教学质量的跟踪考核和常态化管理。

Abstract:The "thousand points system of teaching quality",which bases on teaching quality evaluation in the past is created to explore new effective ways of clinical teaching quality supervision.According to Undergraduate Teaching Assessment Standard,the quantitative indicators are drawn up for the third subjects.The quality indexes refer to the actual situation of the hospital and characteristics of the various disciplines,and they can continuously evaluate the teaching quality.The results are fed back to different departments to modify the teaching.This evaluation system has achieved the tracking of clinical teaching quality examination and recurrent management.
