| 摘 要： | 课题研究阶段作为医学研究生教育的重要组成部分,从对课题的把握,经费来源情况到研究生自身素质方面都存在很多问题.这些问题的出现与浮躁的学术氛围和导师重临床轻科研有很大关系,很多研究生对课题敷衍了事,只求毕业,造成高等医学教育资源的极大浪费.要解决这些问题,必需设定合适的研究生毕业标准,完善导师遴选制度,加强导师的监督力度,注重研究生实验室阶段的教育和管理.
