摘    要:目的:探讨病例导入式教学法在中医妇科学的近期及远期教学效果。方法:将中医妇科学教学病种分为实验组与对照组,实验组采用病例导入式教学法,对照组按传统方法讲授,以学生随堂测试及期末考试成绩作为观察指标,评价近期及远期教学效果。结果:学生期末考试与随堂测试成绩比较,实验组病种未见明显差异(P〉0.05),对照组两者比较则差异显著(P〈0.05),随堂测试显著高于期末考试成绩。结论:应用病例导入式教学,对中医妇科学近、远期教学效果均有明显促进作用,优于传统教学方式。

Abstract:Objective: To study the short-term and long-term effects of case introduction teaching method of Chinese gynecology.Methods: Chinese gynecology diseases were divided into two groups,in control and experiment group.The traditional teaching method and the case introduction teaching method were adopted respectively.The classroom test and final examination were regarded as short-term and long-term effect indexes.Results: There was no difference between the classroom test and final examination in experiment group(P0.05),but in control group,the classroom test was higher than the final examination(P0.05).Conclusion: The result suggests that case introduction teaching method can improve both short and long term teaching effect of Chinese gynecology,and is superior to the traditional teaching method.
