摘    要:在高等职业教育快速发展的新形势下,建立具有医学高等职业教育特色的人才培养模式,对实现高等职业教育快速健康发展具有重要意义。大连医科大学高等职业技术学院结合自身特点,不断总结办学经验,逐步形成了具有鲜明特色的“技能、知识、素质”三位一体的人才培养模式,有机地将学生课内教学内容和课外素质培养紧密联系起来,达到了课内打基础、课外长才干的目的,为实现高职教育培养目标提供保证。

Exploration and practice on talent-training model of higher medical vocational education

Abstract:With the rapid development of higher vocational education, establishing a talent-training model with medical characteristics of higher vocational education has an important significance for achieving rapid and healthy development of higher vocational education. Higher Vocational School of Dalian Medical University has established a talents training model of "trinity"-skill, knowledge and quality gradually. By efficient and close bridging class teaching and students' extracurricular quality training, the model has laid a profound foundation for students' in-class learning and cultivated their talent outside the class, which guarantees realization of training aims of higher vocational education.
