摘    要:“救援医学”这一新兴专业人才培养处在起步阶段。重庆医科大学在重症监护室(Intensive Care Unit,ICU)安排了生产实习,从针对专业特点制定完整全面带教计划;构建和谐教学关系,“一对一”因材施教;使用医学模拟实验室强化基础训练;运用以问题为导向的教学方法(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)教学法开设提高课程和及时效果评估等五方面入手,效果显著。

Abstract:Cultivating talents of relief medicine as an emerging subject is just starting. The practice in intensive care unit is arranged in Chongqing Medical University. To train experts of relief medicine and develop education of relief medicine,the authors suggests instituting plan of teaching to aim directly at relief medicine, constructing harmonious relation between students and teachers,using clinical skill room to strengthen basic education, using problem-based learning offering advanced courses and making prompt teaching evaluation.
