| 摘 要： | 高等医学教育具有专业化程度高、实践性强、培养周期长、教学任务繁重的特点。激发学习动机以推动学生自主性学习行为是医学教育的重要原则之一。文章分析了医学生学习动机的特点及这些特．最给医学教育带来的挑战，并就如何激发学习动机进行了探讨。
