摘    要:目的:探索教学医院医学生职业素养培养的有效途径.方法:针对临床医学五年制本科生制定实习阶段培养规划与目标,将隐性教育与显性教育相结合.通过问卷调查对教师他评与学生自评进行综合分析.结果:80%以上的教师和学生均对职业素养的效果表示肯定.

Abstract:Objective To set up an effective model to cultivate professional qualities for medical students in teaching hospitals. Method: Objectives of clinical training were developed for five year clinical medicine undergraduates. Implicit and explicit learning were em- ployed. Questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data on teachers' evaluation and students' evaluation on the effectiveness of the model. Results: Over 80% teachers and students were positive on the effectiveness of the model.
