摘    要:目的:探讨“剥洋葱法”在内科见习病例讨论中的可行性.方法:以浙江中医药大学本科生为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组.课程结束后进行问卷调查及相关理论考试.结果:问卷调查显示学生对实验组方法满意度高,两组理论考试成绩有明显差异(P<0.05).结论:“剥洋葱法”能真正体现以学生为中心,值得应用.

The adoption of "Onion-peeling" in Internal Medicine Case Discussion for trainees

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the value of “Onion-peeling” in Internal Medicine Case Discussion for trainees. Methods:Under- graduate students of Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University were divided into experimental group and control group. A questionnaire sur- vey and theory test were conducted. Results: The investigation showed experimental group was satisfied with the method. There were significant differences between the two groups in theory exam (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion:“Pell Onion” method is truly student-centered and worth promoting.
