| 摘 要： | 目前培养的临床医学研究生质量存在一定问题,不能胜任复杂的临床工作和较高水平的科研工作.通过改进教学模式和方法,明显提高了研究生的临床工作能力和科研论文写作水平,并且在各自工作岗位取得良好的效果,该模式值得推广.

| Abstract: | There are still some problems of training clinical postgraduate students with the present methods. Postgraduate students are inadequate for complicated clinical work and high level scientific research work. The ability of clinical work, scientific research, and paper writing of the postgraduate students is significantly increased with the improved training model and methods, and with effective results. This training model for clinical postgraduate students is worthy of being spread. |
