| 摘 要： | 文章论述了建立临床技能模拟训练中心的必要性和建设运行经验。临床模拟训练具有使用简单可控、且能反复操作等优点，促进了临床教学内容和教学方法的改革，使学生进入临床后很快适应工作环境，大大提高了临床见习和实习的效率，保证了教学质量。最后，阐述了利用临床模拟教学实验室进行临床客观结构化考试的基本方法和原理。

| Abstract: | This paper elucidates the necessity of building up the Clinical Medicine Simulation Teaching Laboratory(CMSTL) and the experiences of constructing and operating it.It has been proved that clinical simulation teaching is simple and controllable in setting up the parameters,and it can be performed repeatedly.It can promote the reform of clinical teaching,ensure to the students quick adaptation of their work environment.It can also consumedly promote the efficiency of clinical practice and probation,and guarantee the teaching quality.In addition,this paper also explains the principle and process of Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE) based on the CMSTL. |
