医学课程模式的改革与思考

摘    要:在国外医学教育领域,已形成了“综合性课程”、“以问题为基础课程”、“以社区为基础课程”等多种医学课程模式。我国的医学院校已开始初步尝试。新的医学课程模式在为学生构建较为完整的医学知识结构体系、融知识、能力、素质教育为一体、使学生早期接触临床和加强初级卫生保健训练、促进教学方法的改革、减轻学生课程负担等方面更为有效。

Abstract:In the area of medical education abroad,multi-models of medical curricula have been developed,such as integrated curriculum,problem-based learning,community-based curriculum.The attempts have been processed in China.These new models are much effective in constructing medical knowledge system,combining the education of knowledge,competence,and quality,early exposing the students to clinical medicine and reinforcing the training of primary health care,improving teaching methods and reducing students' course learning burden.
