心肺复苏是临床医师必须掌握的临床技能之一，然而其临床教学面临着临床资源紧缺、实践机会少等多方面挑战，教学难度较大。美国医学教育科技公司设计的急救模拟人（ECS模拟人）能很好地模拟各种临床病情与环境，非常适合用于心肺复苏的临床教学。文章就长海医院ECS模拟人的应用经验与模拟教学的理论基础展开讨论，以探讨如何在心肺复苏临床教学中充分发挥ECS模拟人的教学优势。

Application of emergency care simulator (ECS) in cardiopulmonary resuscitation education

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） is one of the most important clinical skills that every clinician should be familiar with. But the clinical education related to CPR is hard to perform due to the deficiency of clinical eases and practice chance. ECS designed by METI well simulates all kinds of clinical conditions related to eardiae arrest, providing a good environment for clinical education of CPR. Our application experiences of CPR training with ECS are listed in this article.
